These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of business.localsearch.com.au (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you purchase a Localsearch product or service, that relationship is governed by a separate customer agreement and service module, not by these Terms. Your use of the consumer directory at localsearch.com.au is governed by the separate platform Terms of Use and website terms for localsearch.com.au.

The Website is operated by Localsearch Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 64 130 550 971). You can contact us on 1300 360 867 or via info@localsearch.com.au.

You may use the Website to learn about Localsearch, request a strategy session, submit an enquiry, browse case studies and read our blog. You must not:

• use the Website in a way that breaches any law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website (including via scraping, denial-of-service attempts or automated data collection outside publicly published APIs); or
• submit information that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive or that impersonates another person or business.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, imagery, video and code, is owned by or licensed to Localsearch and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit content without our written permission.

When you submit an enquiry, book a strategy session or otherwise send us information through the Website, we handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Content on the Website, including blog posts, guides, case studies and strategy suggestions, is general information only. It is not marketing, legal, financial or other professional advice. You should obtain advice suited to your circumstances before acting on anything you read here.

The Website may link to third-party websites or embed third-party media. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your dealings with them are on their terms, not ours.

This section does not apply to providers we engage to collect or handle information on our behalf, including analytics and advertising technology providers. Those arrangements are dealt with in the section "Cookies, tracking and advertising" and in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website, and the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Website after we publish changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Localsearch submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
