These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of business.localsearch.com.au (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you purchase a Localsearch product or service, that relationship is governed by a separate customer agreement and service module, not by these Terms. Your use of the consumer directory at localsearch.com.au is governed by our separate platform Terms of Use.

You may use the Website to learn about Localsearch, request a strategy session, submit an enquiry, browse case studies and read our blog. You must not:

• use the Website in a way that breaches any law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website (including via scraping, denial-of-service attempts or automated data collection outside publicly published APIs); or

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Localsearch submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
