How to Find Your Profile Health Score
Step one: Log into Business Profile Manager (BPM).
When signing up for your Localsearch Business Profile you would have received log in details to BPM. If you use these details to sign into BPM, you’ll be taken to your profile homepage.
Step two: Find your profile information.
After logging into BPM, you will see a menu along the left-hand side of the homepage, click on ‘Info’. From there, you can view all your profile information in one place, including your PHS.
You will also see a Profile Information Checklist of areas on your profile that have you have completed or need to complete. This checklist contributes to your PHS, the more ticks you have, the higher your score will be. By clicking on each area shown in the checklist you can easily fill in your information.
How to Improve Your Profile Health Score
Don’t be discouraged if your PHS is lower than expected, you can easily improve it by further completing all areas of your Profile Information Checklist.
Step one: Profile details.
Add some basic information to your profile, including:
- Business name.
- Year established.
- About your business.
- Frequently asked questions.
Step two: Trading hours.
Simply select which days you’re open and add hours to complete this step.
Step three: Contact information.
Enter the best contact details for potential customers to contact you, including:
- Website URL.
- Booking URL.
Step four: Products, services & more.
Let potential customers know how you can help them by selecting the best attributes for your business profile, including:
- Services and/or products.
Step five: Payment methods.
Let customers know what payment methods you accept, by selecting all that apply from the list shown.
Step six: Social accounts.
Link your business’s social media accounts by selecting the relevant platforms from the list provided and add links to these accounts.
Step seven: Amenities.
Let the public know what amenities are available on your property, by selecting from the list provided.
