World Animal Day: Wednesday, 4 October 2023

World Animal Day seeks to raise awareness and improve the lives of all animals, whether through enhanced living conditions, wildlife preservation or general welfare standards. All animals are important on World Animal Day.

Ways to recognise World Mental Health Day on social media:

  • Incorporate hashtags like #WorldMentalHealthDay, #MentalHealthMatters, or #EndTheStigma to reach a wider audience and connect with the global conversation.
  • Share some statistics, facts and tips from a credible organisation, such as Beyond Blue or Headspace, about how to help those suffering from a mental health condition.
  • Create short videos about how your services or products can help assist with mental health, even if it’s just something you do to reduce stress for your customers during a typically stressful process.

World Food Day: Monday, 16 October 2023
