Please find frequently asked questions below. If your question is not listed, please contact IT Support for assistance.

Service Limits

Max 100 recipients per single email.

Max 300 recipients per hour.

Max attachment size: approximately 37.5 MB (50 MB in BASE64).

Your “from” address cannot be different from your username (e.g., if your username is user@lsweb.com.au, you cannot send email as sales@lsweb.com.au or user@otherdomain.com.au).

Attempting to send an email without authentication may fail. Please ensure all email clients or network printers are set up to use email credentials.

Email Content Checks

Emails with an attachment containing known malware or virus will be rejected.

Email with a high spam score may not be delivered to an inbox but can end up in the junk folder. If you believe some emails are not getting delivered correctly, this is mostly due to the recipient’s spam filter or service, please contact IT Support to see if we can improve your delivery.

Digital Signatures (DKIM)
Our systems attempt to sign all outbound emails with the DKIM key of lsweb. Please set up a CNAME record to lsweb._domainkey.yourdomain.com.au pointing to default._domainkey.mx.lsweb.com.au. Signing with your custom DKIM private key is not possible at this stage.
Sender Protection Framework (SPF)

Please set up your TXT record to include mx.lsweb.com.au. For example: “v=spf1 include .lsweb.com.au +mx +a -all”.

Please do not copy this line directly, as it may prevent your email delivery. Contact support if you require assistance.

Using Emails While Travelling Overseas

You may experience issues with sending emails on your device while travelling overseas due to Localsearch’s geo-location security. As a workaround, please sign in to webmail.
