Most template sections can be controlled through layout buttons so pages have flexibility in design and content particulars but some have been heavily set through CSS. If a layout control is not responding it is likely being controlled via CSS from our theme stylesheet so we have greater consistency across the website. Another way to know is to inspect for classes added to elements such as ‘sections’, ‘columns’ and ‘elements’.
