About Wesley
In his own words
He brings more than 20 years of HR experience, much of it across the travel, hospitality and retail sectors, where he supported sales, operations and shared services teams spanning Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Throughout his career, his focus has been on delivering strategic HR and partnering closely with leaders on employee experience, capability building and leadership development to drive business growth.
Today, he's proud to be part of an industry leader in Localsearch, based in his hometown on the Gold Coast. Fuelled by a passion for making a positive difference, his focus is on empowering Localsearch people to thrive — through growth, autonomy, and being trusted with work that matters.
