Following a sea change from Brisbane to the Gold Coast with her family, Kristy was seeking a local Australian business with a strong vision, values-led culture, and a genuine commitment to supporting Australian businesses. Localsearch stood out for its purpose, people, and impact, and she joined the business as Head of Performance.

Kristy quickly made her mark by driving clarity, commercial discipline, and momentum across sales and marketing, leading to her appointment as Chief of Sales & Marketing, and more recently stepping into the role of Acting CEO. In these roles, she has led growth strategy, go-to-market execution, product and platform evolution, and organisational transformation, with a strong focus on long-term value creation.

Prior to Localsearch, Kristy held senior leadership roles across the Flight Centre Travel Group, Cover-More Group, and ReachLocal, where she led national and global sales teams, strategic partnerships, and large-scale operational functions. Her career spans high-growth environments, complex stakeholder ecosystems, and customer-centric organisations, with a consistent focus on building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes.
