How does the reputation manager work?
Step One: After adding a list of your customers to the tool, an email or SMS will be sent out.
Step Two: When they receive the message, they’ll be asked to rate their experience with you out of five.
Step Three: Ratings of 1, 2 or 3 will be directed to give you feedback, while ratings of 4 or 5 will be asked if they want to leave you a review.
Simple as that.
