Click the link and you'll be redirected to the sign-up form.
3. Sign up to Localsearch.com.au
Sign up using your email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You can also sign up using Apple, Google, or Facebook by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of the form.

4. Add your business information
Type your business name and search for the industries that describe what you do. You can add multiple categories, but we recommend keeping it to the ones that genuinely match your business. Once you've filled in the required information, click "Next".

You'll then see a list of business profiles that might be yours. If your business is in the list, select it and follow the prompts to verify your listing.
If you select your business and receive a message saying "this listing has been claimed", reach out to the Localsearch support team to get it resolved.
If your business isn't in the list, follow the prompts to enter your business details from scratch, contact number, email address, website URL and the rest.

5. Validate your information
When adding your business name, address and phone number to Localsearch.com.au, it's important the information is entered exactly the same as it appears everywhere else online.
Your business name, address and phone number are known as your NAP. Google and other search engines use your NAP to verify your business is who it says it is online. When it's consistent, it helps your search engine performance by attributing any benefits back to your business, not someone else's.

This is the single most important detail to get right. Five minutes spent checking your NAP against your Google Business Profile, your website, and your social pages now will save you hours of cleanup later.
6. Verify your profile
Once you've entered your business details, the last step is verification. Select the verification method offered, wait for the code, and enter it when it arrives.
That's it. Your business profile is live on Localsearch.com.au.
What If I Can't Verify or My Listing Is Already Claimed?
Two things go wrong occasionally. Here's what to do for each.
"This listing has been claimed." This usually means someone else (a previous owner, an old employee, or in some cases an automated import) has already created a profile for your business. Don't try to create a duplicate, that creates SEO problems for both listings. Contact Localsearch support on the details below and they'll help you take ownership.
The verification code didn't arrive. Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, double-check the contact details you entered, usually the issue is a typo in the email or phone number. Try the verification again with the correct details, or contact support.
